Hi, I’m Kayla!
I joined Unleashed in 2020, and my lifelong love for animals has made this the perfect place for me. Working with dogs is truly something special, and I feel incredibly lucky to care for so many furry companions every day.
Over the years, I’ve completed a range of courses in canine training and rehabilitation, allowing me to provide extra support and understanding to the pups in our care.
I have a German Shorthaired Pointer named Roy, easily the goofiest boy I know. You’ll often see him wandering around the daycare, making friends with everyone.
Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my own furry friends & family, or on a trial hiking in the outdoors.
Hi, I’m Tahlia!
I’ve been part of the Unleashed family since February 2021 and have loved every moment of it. I’m enthusiastic, dedicated, and one of the biggest animal lovers you’ll ever meet—especially when it comes to dogs!
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to care for and build trusting relationships with your beloved pets while continuing to grow my passion for animal care. I hold a Certificate II in Animal Studies and a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, which have provided me with valuable knowledge and experience in animal health and welfare.
Outside of Unleashed, I’m a wildlife rescuer and transport volunteer, and I’m always willing to lend a hand to animals in need. Helping animals has always been a huge part of who I am.
I also have a dog of my own named Bosco, a Border Collie x Kelpie who is far too smart and energetic for his own good! He’s known for getting up to plenty of mischief and absolutely loves making new friends and playing with other dogs in the daycare yard.
When I’m not spending time with animals, you’ll usually find me exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping, or enjoying one of my other passions—music. I love attending live concerts whenever I get the chance.

Hi I’m Kerri, your passionate dog lover whose dream job has finally come true! I bring boundless enthusiasm for dogs to my role, where I’m dedicated to making every canine guest’s stay an absolute joy.
I’m known for breaking the rules with irresistible pats, joyful playing and endless hugs, I will ensures your furry friends have the most fun-filled experience.
My unwavering commitment to all things dog-related, I am here to assist with every need and make sure each pup feels right at home.
Hi, I’m Katie, I started working at unleashed in October of 2024; Where I’ve begun my journey in the daycare while completing my studies in animal behaviour and training.
I am a dog lover through and through who loves nothing more than to learn every individual dog’s little personality and see what love, cuddles, and laughter they can bring to my days working at daycare.
My passion for training dogs started in 2023 when we adopted our puppy Lenny who loved to learn whether it was tricks or obedience it was never a challenge, he did however have challenges with behaviour and despite having to rehome him my drive to train dogs never disappeared. We then adopted our current dog Tilly and after doing some rehabilitation work with her and watching her confidence grow, I know that in the future fostering and rehabilitating shelter dogs into family dogs is definitely a pathway I want to take.
Outside of unleashed I am a nurse who delivers the same level of care and compassion that I do to your dogs at daycare to patients within the hospital.
Hey, I’m Shann and I recently started at Unleashed in September 2025.
I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and truly enjoy caring for them. I take pride in being patient, observant, and attentive to each pup’s needs.
Outside of unleashed you’ll find me hanging out with my dog Bono and spending time with my family and friends.
It has been my dream job for a long time to work with animals and I’m super thrilled to now be apart of the Unleashed team making sure your fur babies feel safe happy and loved at daycare.
Hey, I am Ava and I recently started at Unleashed in December 2025 and have enjoyed it ever since!
I have always loved dogs and being around them which is evidently why I chose to work with the dogs at Unleashed during my gap year in 2026! As I care for my family dog Maxi at home with all my love and affection, I will ensure I care and love all your dogs in the same way, or in any way that your dog feels their most safe and comfortable. 😊

Hi, I’m Carly!
I recently joined the Unleashed team in December 2025, and despite being new, I already feel right at home. I’ve always had a deep love for animals and have known from a young age that I wanted to work in the animal industry.
I’m absolutely loving getting to know each and every one of your beautiful fur babies, and don’t worry, they receive plenty of cuddles and pats when I’m around!
Having grown up with dogs, I truly understand that they’re not just our pets, they’re our family. It’s an absolute privilege to be trusted to care for so many special pups.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the gym, spending time with friends and family, or out exploring with my partner and his two fur babies, Lyla and Rex, who are definitely a handful!
