We prioritise the safety of all dogs and of course provide a fun-filled and stimulating environment, so they return home happy and fulfilled.

We have a temperature controlled indoor facility as well as an undercover outdoor area for the dogs to run, swim and get some sunshine!

We are conveniently located in the heart of Shepparton making it easy to access our services for those within the Goulburn Valley.

Recovery Care

Our Recovery Care service is designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for dogs who are recovering from surgery, injury, or procedures like desexing. We understand that recovery can be a delicate time for both dogs and their owners, which is why we offer personalised care to ensure your dog’s well-being every step of the way.

During their visit, your dog will receive constant supervision from our experienced staff, ensuring they’re always safe and monitored. They will be crated throughout the day to limit movement and promote a restful recovery, with regular toilet breaks to keep them comfortable.

We tailor the care to each dog’s individual needs, providing a calm and stress-free atmosphere while they heal. Whether it’s post-operative recovery or recuperation from an injury, you can trust that your dog is in the best hands.

Play & Train

Give your dog more than just a day at daycare. Our Play & Train sessions are designed to add extra mental enrichment, and fulfilment to your dog’s day while they’re with us.

This optional add-on is available exclusively for dogs attending regular daycare and includes a 45-minute one-on-one session with our trainer. Every session is tailored to your dog’s individual personality, energy level, and interests, creating a fun and rewarding experience that goes beyond standard daycare play.

While daycare provides valuable social interaction and physical activity, dogs also need mental stimulation and purposeful engagement to feel truly fulfilled. Play & Train is designed to help meet those needs through games, enrichment activities, skill building, confidence exercises, and interactive training.

Owners can choose from a range of focus areas they’d like their dog to enjoy during their session, or simply leave it up to our trainer to create a fun and enriching experience based on your dog’s needs that day.

Please note: Play & Train is not intended for behavioural rehabilitation or addressing serious training issues. These sessions are enrichment-focused and designed to enhance your dog’s overall daycare experience in a positive, low-pressure environment.

Whether your dog loves learning, exploring, problem solving, or simply having dedicated one-on-one attention, Play & Train is the perfect way to add extra fulfilment to their day.

Daycare Cancellation Policy

At Unleashed Dog Daycare, we’re committed to providing the best care and experiences for your dogs. To ensure all our clients and their dogs have fair access to our services, please consider our cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: If your dog cannot attend their scheduled daycare day, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • No-Show or Late Cancellations: In cases where we do not receive timely notice, the following will apply:
    • Redemption of Daycare Passes: A pass will automatically be redeemed from your package for that day.
    • Casual Day Fee: If you do not hold a Pass Package at the time, a fee to the amount of a casual day will be charged. 
    • Regular Positions: If late cancellations or no-shows occur on multiple occasions, we may offer your regular position to a client on our waitlist.

This policy helps us plan staff effectively and accommodate dogs on our waitlist who are eager to join our daycare.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur and will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. We kindly request your cooperation in notifying us at your earliest convenience.

Daycare Refund Policy

At Unleashed Dog Daycare, we offer Daycare Pass Packages to provide flexible and convenient care for your dog. As a small business with limited enrolments, we have a clear refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency:

  • Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
    • If Unleashed Dog Daycare deems a dog unsuitable for the daycare environment and discontinues their attendance.
    • If the client experiences a significant and unforeseen change in circumstances, which prevents continued attendance.

       

  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Change of mind or voluntary withdrawal from daycare by the client.
    • Unused days due to casual cancellations, schedule changes, or missed bookings.

All refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to request reasonable documentation if required.
