Our training services are designed for dog owners who are ready to build a strong foundation with their puppy or begin their dog’s training journey. We focus on teaching essential skills that help create confident, well-mannered companions while strengthening the bond between you and your dog.

Through practical training, we cover key areas such as basic obedience, lead walking, recall, focus, and everyday manners. Whether you’ve recently welcomed a new puppy into your family or want to establish reliable training habits from the start, our programs provide the guidance, support, and skills needed for long-term success.

PUPPY SCHOOL

The perfect course to kick start your puppy’s training journey.

This course focuses on creating a confident and well-adjusted puppy. Through reward-based training, your puppy will learn about socialisation, how to walk on a loose lead and recall.  You will learn the importance of creating a strong relationship and play techniques for providing appropriate outlets to reduce undesirable behaviours such as digging, mouthing, jumping and toileting inside.

Requirements:

  • Puppies aged under 5 months.
  • Puppies must have had their 1st vaccination to attend.
 

 

Refund Policy

Unleashed Dog Training offers refunds under limited circumstances and on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted if:

  • A Group Class is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated by the seller and you are unable or unwilling to attend the revised session; or
  • Clients may request to transfer into a different Group Class without additional charges, provided the request is made at least two weeks prior to the original booked class start date and there is space available in the preferred class.
 

Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind cancellations or missed sessions. All refund and transfer requests will be considered individually.

LEVEL 1 DOG TRAINING

Our Level 1 course is focused on owners enhancing their dog’s physical and mental wellbeing through fun activities.

The course includes exercises to promote appropriate responses in real life scenarios by working on basic obedience behaviours such as recall, loose lead walking, sit, and drop, as well as building neutrality towards other dogs and people while on lead.

  • Dogs aged over 5 months.
  • Dogs require an up-to-date C5 vaccination.

Our Level 2 program builds on your dog’s foundation skills and takes their training to the next level. We focus on strengthening obedience and teaching practical skills to prepare them for everyday situations while keeping training fun and engaging!! This training adds onto what you have already accomplished with your dog but introduces more challenges and fun skills.

  • Classes conducted at our facility in Shepparton.

Requirements:

  • Dogs must have an up-to-date C5 vaccination to attend.
  • Participants must successfully complete our Level 1 training or a Private Consult package.

PRIVATES

Our Private Training Sessions provide dedicated one-on-one coaching for you and your dog, allowing our trainer to focus entirely on your individual goals and training needs. Unlike group classes that follow a set curriculum, private lessons are tailored specifically to you and your dog, offering personalised guidance, targeted skill development, and practical solutions for the areas you’d like to improve. This customised approach helps you progress at a pace that suits both you and your dog while building confidence and clear communication together.

On-Site:

  • 3 Pack for $330.
  • Three 45-minute lessons.
  • Conducted at our facility in Shepparton.
  • Discounted consults after first package.
 

In-Home: Currently Unavailable

  • 2 Pack for $330 + Travel
  • One 1.5-hour lesson with a 45 minute follow up lesson.
  • Conducted at owner’s home address or chosen location.

Cancellation Policy

At Unleashed Dog Training, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations impact our ability to operate efficiently and offer training opportunities to other clients.

To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our services, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of any training session.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
  • If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice (no-show), the full session fee may be charged at the discretion of management.
  • Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or direct message during business hours.
  • Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency or exceptional circumstances.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide consistent, high-quality service to all of our clients and their dogs.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds for private training including On-Site and In-Home sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only offered under specific circumstances.

  • A Private Training Session is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated by us and you are unable or unwilling to attend the revised session.

PLAY & TRAIN

Give your dog more than just a day at daycare. Our Play & Train sessions are designed to add extra mental enrichment, and fulfilment to your dog’s day while they’re with us.

This optional add-on is available exclusively for dogs attending regular daycare and includes a 45-minute one-on-one session with our trainer. Every session is tailored to your dog’s individual personality, energy level, and interests, creating a fun and rewarding experience that goes beyond standard daycare play.

While daycare provides valuable social interaction and physical activity, dogs also need mental stimulation and purposeful engagement to feel truly fulfilled. Play & Train is designed to help meet those needs through games, enrichment activities, skill building, confidence exercises, and interactive training.

Owners can choose from a range of focus areas they’d like their dog to enjoy during their session, or simply leave it up to our trainer to create a fun and enriching experience based on your dog’s needs that day.

Please note: Play & Train is not intended for behavioural rehabilitation or addressing serious training issues. These sessions are enrichment-focused and designed to enhance your dog’s overall daycare experience in a positive, low-pressure environment.
